What is Blisser?
Blisser is a digital platform that marries arts & entertainment with philanthropy, connecting its users with the world’s most prominent talent all in the pursuit of global change. Blisser allows users to purchase personalized video content from their idols, knowing that the proceeds are being donated directly to a charity of the talent’s choice.
How do I view talent on Blisser?
You can view a list of Talent on the Blisser platform by clicking “Get Started” on the homepage or by creating a Blisser account to streamline the video booking process.
Which charities does Blisser work with?
Every quarter, Blisser highlights a different global cause and donations are made to each charity of talent’s choice that are involved in combating this global issue.
How much does a video cost?
Talent set their own prices for Premium videos and Standard videos have a set price. Once you create an account and log in, you will be able to see all Talent and their pricing options.
How do I send a video request to talent?
Once you are logged in, click on the talent profile you would like to receive a video from and click “Book Now.” This will take you to a form where you can select the type of video you want, who the video is for, and a text box to include more information. Once completed, click “Continue with Stripe” to place your booking.
Do I need to create an account to use Blisser?
Yes! With a Blisser account you can purchase videos knowing you are creating positive global impacts through donations!
How do I create an account on Blisser?
In the upper right-hand corner of the homepage click “Login” and this will take you to a popup window to log in. Select User and under the “Log In” button click “Sign up” to start creating your profile!
Can I modify or cancel my video request after it is sent?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your booking if modifications or cancelations need to be made.
What happens after my request is sent?
After your order is placed, your request is sent to talent for review.
Where can I check the status of my request?
Log into your account and in the dropdown menu click on “My Bookings” to see a full list of all your bookings.
Why was my request declined?
Our talent are very busy as they are leaders in their fields and so their best to respond to all requests in a timely manner, however, there may be times when they are unable to fulfill a request in the designated timeframe. We have a robust list of talent, so if this happens take another look at our list and see if you would like a video from anyone else!
When will I receive my video?
Standard videos are delivered instantly!
Talent has six days to fulfill a Premium video request, however, most often they are completed within a few days!
Which payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted, as well as Google Pay.
When will I be charged for my video?
You will be charged for your video once you receive it.
What percentage of my purchase is going to charity?
Blisser automatically donates 10% of every video purchase to the charity of the talent’s choice. Each talent has the option of setting their own donation percentage.
How do I view my video?
You will receive an email with a link to your video once it is ready. You can also view the video from your “My Bookings List.”
How do I gift a video?
When booking a video, you will have the option to gift to someone else by including their information.
What if I am unhappy with my video?
If you are unhappy with your video for any reason, please contact Blisser at email@example.com.
